Geraldine is a barrister practising at the Victorian bar with a particular experience of and interest in health law. Her legal experience covers more than 30 years in Melbourne, Sydney and Hong Kong. Geraldine has supplemented her medico-legal experience with role as legal representative, Mercy Health & Aged Care Human Research Ethics Committee and as Editor of the Journal of the Formosan Medical Association (published by National Taiwan University).

Geraldine is a member of the Society of Construction Law, the Building Dispute Practitioners’ Society, the National Association of Women in Construction and the Australian Insurance Law Association.
