Malcolm is a Sydney based company director with a background in investment banking, finance and law. He has over 25 years experience in investment banking with leadership roles at several global financial institutions.

Over the last 10 years, Malcolm has focused on various board roles with public and private companies and not-for-profit entities. He became a director of ALLG in May 2010 and is currently a director or chairman of several other entities in the resources, healthcare, finance and industrial sectors.
