Ms Prue Deniz

Prue was elected to the board as a Director in May 2014 and performs the role of the Chairperson of the Marketing Committee of the Board.

Prue has extensive experience in all key internal and external drivers necessary to grow a company’s brand and reputation and is looking forward to applying this experience to increase the public profile of ALLG.

With a background in business, marketing and corporate affairs Prue has 20 years’ experience working within not-for-profit, strategic advisory and corporate environments.

Experienced in setting and delivering organisation-wide strategic priorities and governance frameworks, Prue is passionate about leading high performing teams to deliver integrated marketing and communication strategies to proactively build a company’s corporate reputation and valuation.

Specific technical expertise gained while working across global markets includes brand strategy, corporate reputation, crisis and issues management, digital media, government relations, investor relations, employee communications, media relations, public relations, stakeholder management and sustainability.

Most recently Prue was Vice President Corporate Communications at Amcor, a global packaging company operating in 43 countries. Prue was responsible for the function globally, devising strategies to build and protect Amcor’s reputation across multiple stakeholder groups operating in diverse markets and sectors. Prior to this Prue spent 10 years working in a variety of senior marketing communication, corporate affairs and executive roles at Telstra’s advertising subsidiary Sensis.

Prue is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Double Degree in Business/Arts (Marketing/Korean) and a Graduate Diploma in International Business.
