“Super Webinar” to be held Tuesday, February 11th, 2020

On Tuesday 11 February 2020 ACTA will hold its biggest webinar to date. The Super Webinar will disseminate an open communication around a document ACTA has created to guide trialists toward optimising their trials for implementation: how to plan, design, conduct and report clinical trials.

The Super Webinar will be held concurrently at eight live locations in capital cities across Australia and New Zealand. It will be hosted and facilitated at each site by members of ACTA’s Reference Group on the Impact and Implementation of CTN Clinical Trials. This event will start with a one-hour webinar presentation followed by an hour of peer-to-peer discussion.

This event will be relevant for anyone who is involved with clinical trials, or who has an interest in clinical trials: researchers, clinicians, health service providers, health managers, institution heads, etc.

The ALLG encourages all members – especially new ALLG members and those wishing to further develop their experience as trialists – to attend the ACTA Super Webinar.

The ACTA is an ongoing partner with the ALLG. As the national peak body supporting and representing the networks of clinician-researchers that conduct investigator-initiated or “public-good” clinical trials within the Australian health system, ACTA’s aim is to expand the capacity, capability, efficiency and effectiveness of Clinical Trial Networks (CTNs) in Australia. The webinars presented by ACTA are a great way for ALL members to strengthen their knowledge of clinical trial best practice.
