ALLG’s October Scientific Meeting week is here!

 In News

You could say that this year’s ALLG October Scientific Meeting week has been 50 years in the making. Tomorrow, we are looking forward to welcoming ALLG Members to open this very special edition, officially launching our 5 Decades of Impact campaign and celebrating our golden anniversary in Sydney with a record number of pre-registered members and partners.

Our packed program of events promises the latest trial news, scientific breakthroughs and networking with the global blood cancer community at the Shangri La Hotel in Sydney. We are rolling out the red carpet for a Gala Dinner night at Crown Sydney and welcoming new Life Members at our Awards Dinner at the Shangri-La – for the first time there will be two celebration dinner events to attend.

This year we have more networking opportunities than ever before with two standing breakfasts and the End of Meeting Celebration hosted by the Scientific Advisory Committee, so our members can seize every opportunity to catch chief investigators and hear the latest on clinical trials from the people who are leading them.

Our signature Scientific Working Party Plenary sessions span Thursday and Friday, presented by the Chairs from every area of the disease. Attendees will hear from award winning researchers and leaders from our global blood cancer community and be able to take advantage of the opportunity to catch them for a coffee and a chat!

We are also proud of our program of international and guest speakers. Here’s a sneak peek of what to expect from them.
