ALLG welcomes release of the final HTA Review Report for better access to best treatments
ALLG welcomes the release of the Health Technology Assessment (HTA) Review by the Albanese Government.
We support the implementation strategy for the HTA Review Report and the 50 recommendations from the expert Reference Committee panel for reforms to improve systems and pathways to accelerate access to new medicines for Australians.
During the two years of the HTA Report’s development, ALLG and our members provided strong and regular contributions to the consultation process.
ALLG and our members are committed to pursuing Better treatments, better lives for patients with blood cancers. The ALLG is committed to ensuring our clinical trial results translate to evidence-based care with timely approvals of new, safe medicines.
Better and faster access to the best therapies and drugs for patients is vital in achieving these goals.
