Delaine Smith is the Chief Executive Officer of the Australasian Leukaemia & Lymphoma Group (ALLG). Delaine believes strongly in the advancement of new treatments through sound evidence.
Delaine is a key contributor to Australia’s National Blood Cancer Taskforce and is a member of the Steering Committee.

Debbie is a senior finance & commercial professional, CPA qualified with considerable experience gained across not-for-profit, events, consulting, manufacturing and corporate sectors.
Clinical Operations Manager
Naomi Sprigg is the Clinical Operations Manager of the Australasian Leukaemia & Lymphoma Group (ALLG). Naomi believes strongly in improving patient outcomes and their quality of life with better treatment.
Business Development Manager
Tracey is the Business Development Manager for all ALLG clinical trials. This role focusses on proactively assisting ALLG Members to develop research initiatives and new clinical trials.
Senior Manager – Partnerships & Communications
Kate is a not-for-profit and fundraising specialist with over 16 years’ experience in partnership management, philanthropic giving, community fundraising and event and project management.

Accounts Officer
Namita is a Certified Practicing Accountant and works closely with the ALLG Business Manager, Nicola Hart, to manage all financial policies, procedures and payments at the ALLG.

Human Resource Manager
Natalie has over 10 years international and local experience in the people management space as a HR Manager and Recruitment Manager for businesses including: Amazon and GSK, Disney & not-for-profit.
Stephanie Rawson
Events & Membership Manager
Stephanie has had over 14 years of experience as an events manager, across a range of industries including working for the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons. At ALLG Stephanie’s main role is coordinating the Scientific Meetings & managing Membership Operations.
Jennifer Rennie
Marketing Coordinator
Jennifer previously worked as a primary school teacher and has over 6 years in marketing roles, including technical writing experience in the compliance space, working for digital marketing agencies, a communications specialist / team leader for ACA & a freelance copywriter across a range of industries, including not-for-profit organisations. Jennifer is responsible for all communications at the ALLG.
