ALLG Staff Members
Delaine Smith commenced with the ALLG in 2008 as the Operations Manager in a team of just 3 ALLG staff. Under the guidance of the ALLG’s clinician based Executive committee structure, one of Delaine’s first undertakings was to adopt the Members desire to implement a Board of management structure, and implement a strategic plan for the group.
Kelly joins the ALLG with 15 years of accounting and finance experience. A CPA qualified accountant, she commenced her career at PwC, in advisory services, later transitioning to industry within the transport and logistics sector.
Partnership and Fundraising Manager
Kate is a not-for-profit and fundraising specialist with over 16 years’ experience in partnership management, philanthropic giving, community fundraising and event and project management.
Events & Website Manager
Dilu joined the ALLG in March 2009. Dilu has over 10 years’ experience in event management, website development and maintenance, project management and office administration having worked across many other industry areas overseas.
Marketing and Communications Manager
Cara joins the ALLG with over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry. A PhD qualified physiologist by training, she has held various scientific and marketing roles in specialties such as immunology, cardiology, radiology and surgical in Australia and globally.
