ALLG Staff Members
Delaine Smith commenced with the ALLG in 2008 as the Operations Manager in a team of just 3 ALLG staff. Under the guidance of the ALLG’s clinician based Executive committee structure, one of Delaine’s first undertakings was to adopt the Members desire to implement a Board of management structure, and implement a strategic plan for the group.
Kelly joins the ALLG with 15 years of accounting and finance experience. A CPA qualified accountant, she commenced her career at PwC, in advisory services, later transitioning to industry within the transport and logistics sector.
Partnership and Fundraising Manager
Kate is a not-for-profit and fundraising specialist with over 16 years’ experience in partnership management, philanthropic giving, community fundraising and event and project management.
Marketing and Communications Manager
Tanya is a marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in senior roles for the public health, medical research and not-for-profit sectors.
Business Development Manager
Tracey is the Business Development Manager for all ALLG clinical trials. This role focusses on proactively assisting ALLG Members to develop research initiatives and new clinical trials.
Human Resources Manager
Caroline is a Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. She has held senior roles in sectors including not for profit, professional services, IT services and the corporate sector.
Cara works closely with Kelly Hetherton to manage all financial policies, procedures and payments at the ALLG.
